Prices

The prices are determined automatically in the booking form. A detailed breakdown of the prices can be called up during the booking process.

Payment

When booking on our website, a deposit must be paid, which will be displayed in the booking process. This can be done securely by credit card through our payment service provider “Stripe” or by bank transfer. The outstanding amount can be paid on site by credit or debit card (ATM) or in cash. Reservation

The sending of the booking form on our website by the user is only binding once the deposit has been paid. During the booking process, the guest has the opportunity to book optional extras. These are added to the price.

Cancellation conditions

According to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code, there is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw from the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 CC. Reference is made to the legal provisions art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection code GvD 206/2005.

The following cancellation fees may apply:

• up to 90 days before arrival: free of charge
• between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
• between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
• between 7 days and 24 hours before arrival: 90% of the total price

We ask for your understanding that in the event of a no-show or early departure, the entire stay will be billed. We reserve the right to debit any amounts due and unpaid from the credit card. Please inform us in good time if you cannot start your vacation. We are happy if these points do not apply and we can welcome you here. Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 2 p.m., also earlier if the room is ready. Please let us know what your approximate time of arrival is. Check-out is by 11.00 a.m.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed as we keep animals ourselves. There is no smoking in the rooms, you are welcome to smoke outside.

Privacy
